While many credit card processors require extensive
agreements, upfront capital for hardware and training
services, ongoing percentage or flat fees for each
transaction, and a large time investment from their clients in
order to accept credit card payments, SGPS remains distinct in
its vision and implementation of free services to clients that
benefit end customers as well. The foundation of SGPS Payment
Services is our custom-designed Virtual Terminal system that
incorporates the flexibility and speed of the internet to make
quick payments possible.
Our Virtual Terminal features the following:
- Robust security 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
encryption used to protect personal end customer information
from any tampering or misuse while being transmitted to our
dedicated SSL-enabled web server.
- Fastest response time possible Payments are accepted
or declined within five seconds of bring submitted by the
customer. Either a response receipt code is given for
authorized payments or an error description is presented for
declined items.
- Simple user interface Clients are provided any number
of user names and passwords they deem necessary. Upon user
authentication by our secure web server, each user is able
to quickly enter end customer data into a single browser
page and submit a transaction with a touch of a button.
- Ability to generate transaction receipts Users have
the ability to input applicable comment and reference
information that will be placed on the end customer's
receipt in order to track payments and provide payment
confirmation.
- Reporting functionality Daily transaction reports are
e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to the individual of our client's
choosing on the following business day. Our reports include
a detailed listing of payments and summary information
totaling the amount to be directly deposited or mailed as a
check for that day.

2. Telephone-based Integrated Voice
Response (IVR) Payment processing for those lacking
Internet access

In scenarios where Internet access for our clients or their
end customers is not economically feasible, a phone-based
payment service provides a to ensure the highest amount of
revenue for our client.
- Toll-free access Clients are assigned one or more
toll-free telephone numbers to attract the largest number of
end customers possible.
- Customized voice prompts Although less flexible than
the customization available using our Online Payment
service, IVR voice prompts will be modified to contain
pertinent information about the client including name,
address information, office hours, and a contact telephone
number for customer service.
- Flexible data access As found in our Online Payment
service, client data is updated on a daily basis to create
the most accurate account database possible. Formats coming
from and going to the client.

3. Secure Web-Based Online

Operating in a similar fashion to our Virtual Terminal
service, Online Payment provides an avenue through which end
customers pay our clients using their credit card and Internet
connectivity. Such transactions take seconds for end customers
to complete and save government organization's time
resources.
- Complete data integration Online Payment information
is sent to the clients system at a designated time each
night to ensure accurate account data on all systems.
Applicable data information, including account names,
reference numbers, and balance information is sent via FTP
transfer early each morning after payment data is processed
by the client's system. This ensures that data on our
servers is as accurate as possible for the end customer's
benefits.
- Customized site appearance Although not a full-fledged
website, Online Payment has the ability to assume the "look
and feel" of any existing website in order to provide a
seamless user experience. Government organizations lacking
any web presence will have the ability to choose from a
generic appearance utilizing any available logos or slogans.

insufficient transactions at 100% of each check's face
value(1). Payment information is sent to the client's system
