Our VirtualWebPay Online Payment System features the following:

  • Robust security – 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption used to protect personal end customer information from any tampering or misuse while being transmitted to our dedicated SSL-enabled web server.
  • Fastest response time possible – Payments are accepted or declined within five seconds of bring submitted by the customer. Either a response receipt code is given for authorized payments or an error description is presented for declined items.
  • Simple user interface – Clients are provided any number of user names and passwords they deem necessary. Upon user authentication by our secure web server, each user is able to quickly enter end customer data into a single browser page and submit a transaction with a touch of a button.
  • Ability to generate transaction receipts – Users have the ability to input applicable comment and reference information that will be placed on the end customer's receipt in order to track payments and provide payment confirmation.
  • Reporting functionality – Daily transaction reports are available via our online system by the individual(s) of our client's choosing on the following business day. Our reports include a detailed listing of payments and summary information totaling the amount to be directly deposited or mailed as a check for that day.

In scenarios where Internet access for our clients or their end customers is not economically feasible, a phone-based payment service provides a to ensure the highest amount of revenue for our client.

  • Toll-free access – Clients are assigned one or more toll-free telephone numbers to attract the largest number of end customers possible.
  • Customized voice prompts – Although less flexible than the customization available using our Online Payment service, IVR voice prompts will be modified to contain pertinent information about the client including name, address information, office hours, and a contact telephone number for customer service.
  • Flexible data access – As found in our Online Payment service, client data is updated on a daily basis to create the most accurate account database possible. Formats coming from and going to the client.
